Shiballet: Quit Smoking, Log

Shiballet is a private smoking pause, logging, and pattern-review app for people who want to cut down or quit smoking. When a craving hits, start a short pause, read a brief prompt, and then decide what to do with more space. The aim is not perfection: it is to make one intentional pause before smoking easier to repeat. What you can do with Shiballet: - Start a craving pause when you want to smoke - Use short prompts to interrupt an automatic urge - Log a self-reported result: waited, smoked, skipped, or reduced - Review your own craving patterns, times, and entries - Set a personal goal and see your own logged progress - Optionally contribute an anonymous, self-reported pause log to a community total Shiballet focuses on the moment before smoking, not guilt afterward. You can still log a smoking event and review your own pattern. A pause is a small, repeatable step, not a guarantee of a particular health or environmental result. The community total is an aggregate of users' self-reported in-app pause logs. It is not independently verified data and does not measure cigarettes actually avoided, health outcomes, environmental outcomes, or government statistics. Shiballet is not medical advice and does not provide government services. It is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any government agency or public authority. Optional educational context about tobacco and the environment is based on public references.
