Window Cleaning Quote & Profit is a pricing tool for people who clean windows for a living. It answers two questions a calculator cannot: is this price actually making you money, and did the last job earn what you thought it would? PRICE THE JOB Build a quote from the glass in front of you — standard windows, double-hung, casement, sliders, picture windows, French panes, skylights, glass doors and storefront glass by the square foot. Price inside, outside, or both, at rates you set. Add screens, tracks, frames, sills, hard water removal and anything else you charge for separately. ADD WHAT MAKES THIS ONE HARDER Second storey, awkward access, ladder work, heavy soiling, construction debris. Each one adds a percentage you control. They are added together, not multiplied, so two factors never quietly inflate a quote. PROFIT GUARD This is the part that matters. The app works out what the job costs you to run — labour per worker-hour, equipment and overhead per job-hour, travel, and any out-of-pocket costs — and tells you the price that hits your target gross margin.
