Aerotech Support is the operations and service-verification platform for robotic aircraft exterior cleaning. Built for the cleaning crew and the airline engineer who signs off the work, it turns every wash into a verified, time-stamped service record. WHAT IT DOES • Guided wash workflow — per-machine equipment readiness checks, pre-flight and post-flight inspections, section-by-section cleaning, and dual sign-off by the crew and the airline engineer. • Damage walk-around — capture and photograph any pre-existing aircraft damage before washing begins. • Digital signatures and photo evidence at every stage, stored against the wash record. • Accountability timing — every phase is time-stamped, so time is fairly attributed between the crew, the airline engineer, and external airport/aircraft holds (a 40-minute taxi hold is shown as a hold, not slow work). • Sustainability reporting — water and fuel saved versus traditional aircraft washing. WHO IT'S FOR Aircraft cleaning operators and their airline customers who need a trusted, verifiable record that the service was delivered, to specification, on time.
