Dila PMS is the staff app for Gulan View hotel in Erbil, built by Datacode. It puts the whole hotel in your pocket: every room, every arrival and departure, and every guest folio, live from the hotel's property management system. Front desk * See arrivals, departures and in-house guests for today and the next two weeks. * Check guests in and out, assign rooms and add vehicle details. * Start a walk-in booking from the phone. * Take payments and post charges on a guest folio. Check-out tells you when a balance is still due. Housekeeping * The rooms board shows every room as a key tag with its live status: clean, occupied, ready or blocked. * Work the cleaning queue, start a task and mark it done. * Managers can block a room for maintenance and release it again. Managers * A Needs you list shows what to decide next: requests, overdue departures, balances due and rooms out of order. * Two weeks of availability on one screen. Built for Iraq * English, Arabic and Sorani Kurdish, with full right to left layout. * Every action follows the permissions of the signed in role and is checked again on the server. * Optional biometric lock when the app has been in the background.
