BUI Fast Cargo

The official BUI Fast Cargo app for our customers. See where your cargo is, what you owe and what you have paid, without calling the office. What you can do • See all your cargos and their current stage, from received to ready for collection • Open any cargo to see its items, weight, volume, charges and timeline • Track any cargo by its code or by scanning the label • Check your balance, payments and invoices, and download statements as PDF • Request a pickup and save your pickup addresses • Raise a complaint, attach photos and follow our replies • Rate deliveries and get notified when your cargo moves Who can use it The app is for existing BUI Fast Cargo customers. Ask your branch to add your phone number to your customer account, then sign in with that number and a 4-digit code sent to your WhatsApp. Need help? Contact your branch from the Profile tab.
