Light Meter, Spot Meter Pro

Spot Meter & Light Meter gives you three light metering methods to help you control exposure in every shot, whether you shoot film or digital photography. 🆕 **WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 3.00** • **Extended ISO range**: from ISO 6 to 25,600 • **Customizable limits**: adjust the available shutter speeds and apertures to match your camera and lens capabilities • **Exposure history**: find your saved readings, complete with their date and time 🎯 **THREE METERING METHODS** ▶ 🎯 **Single Spot** – measure light precisely in a selected area in real time. ▶ 📌 **Dual Spot (2 points)** – measure your subject and then the background. The app calculates a compromise exposure that prioritizes your subject while taking the background into account. ▶ 🌀 **Center-Weighted Metering** – takes the entire image into account while giving greater importance to the center for balanced exposure. These three modes help you handle challenging lighting conditions, especially backlighting and high-contrast scenes. 📸 **WHO IS IT FOR?** • Film photographers using cameras without a built-in light meter • Digital photographers looking for an additional metering tool • Photography enthusiasts who want to control ISO, shutter speed and aperture • Portrait, landscape and night photography enthusiasts 🎯 **FEATURES** • Responsive, intuitive real-time spot metering • Dual Spot mode for high-contrast scenes, prioritizing the subject • Center-weighted metering for balanced exposure • Aperture priority or shutter priority, with automatic calculation of the other value • ±2 EV exposure compensation in half-stop increments • Visual underexposure and overexposure indicators • Digital zoom for precise metering of small areas • Screen rotation lock • Keeps the screen on while metering • Clear interface in French and English, with built-in help 💡 **A VERSATILE PHOTO LIGHT METER** Combine three light metering methods in a single Android app. Customizable settings, exposure compensation and exposure history let you adapt your measurements to your equipment and photographic habits. Whether you use a vintage film camera without a built-in light meter or a digital camera, Spot Meter helps you assess the light and choose your exposure settings. ⚠️ **ABOUT DUAL SPOT METERING** Dual Spot combines readings from your subject and the background to calculate a compromise exposure that prioritizes the subject. The final result still depends on the dynamic range of your camera sensor or film. When scene contrast exceeds your equipment's capabilities, some details may be lost in the shadows or highlights. In these situations, choose Single Spot or Center-Weighted Metering according to your subject and the result you want to achieve. ⚠️ **COMPATIBILITY** Requires an Android device with a rear-facing camera. © 2026 KantumTek – All rights reserved.
