OKR METHOD, WITHOUT COMPLICATIONS • Strategic areas by quarter (Q1–Q4) or by year: growth, efficiency, finance, people… • Objectives with an owner, start date, and deadline. • Key results with an initial value, target, and unit. Suitable indicators include ones that should go up (sales, customers), ones that should go down (costs, timelines, waste), and yes-or-no ones (a certification, a launch). • Tasks with priority, owner, and check date.
