Thinkercall

Thinkercall is the companion app for Thinkercall clients and team members. FOR CLIENTS - Review each new lead as soon as an agent sends it: accept it, or reject it with a reason, before the review window closes. - Track this month's good leads against your plan, with a 30-day trend. - See the agents working on your account. - Get a notification the moment a lead arrives. FOR THE TEAM - Agents: send a lead with the client's own questions, see today's shifts, ask for leave and check your payslips. - Closers: keep your pipeline of prospects, log calls and meetings, and set up a new client when a deal is signed. - Owners: one overview of leads, clients against their promise, pipeline, people and pay; approve leave in a tap. Sign-in is by invitation from Thinkercall. Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link.

First release: lead review for clients, lead sending for agents, pipeline for closers and an overview for owners.
