Slamtk Pharmacy is the app for partner pharmacies on Slamtk. Patients near you send a photo of their prescription or a list of the medicines they need, and the requests arrive straight on your phone so you can answer within minutes. What you can do: • Branch board: new requests, live orders and your open/closed status on one screen. • Answer requests: mark which medicines you have and their prices, suggest an alternative when needed, and send your offer to the patient. • Run orders: confirm, prepare, and deliver or hand over at the counter, while the patient follows every step live. • Loyalty: scan the patient's QR code at the counter to award their points and bring them back to your pharmacy. • Payments: see what is due and what has been settled. • Plan and referrals: see what your plan allows and how much you have used, and turn referral points into extra requests. • Notifications: an instant alert when a new request arrives or an order changes. • Pharmacy location: pin your branch on the map so nearby patients' requests reach you. The app is for pharmacies registered with Slamtk. Create your account in the app, complete your pharmacy's details and licence, and we will review and activate it.
