Singapore Plans

Singapore Plans is a planner for commitments that deserve a clear exit strategy. Before you sink months into a project, you define the budgets, stop rules, and pivot triggers you will honor later. When a rule fires, the app walks you through a deliberate decision instead of another round of guesswork. It is built for people juggling real bets: a side business, a skill you are learning, a product idea, a training plan. If you have ever kept something alive long past the point where the evidence supported it, this is the planner for you. How it works: - Pre-committed budgets: give every project an effort ceiling, a time ceiling, and a maximum number of attempts, in whatever effort unit fits the work. Define the minimum outcome that would count as real progress. - Stop rules and pivot triggers: write the conditions that force a review before you start. Effort, time, attempt, and outcome thresholds are checked as you log progress, and continuation criteria keep your reasons to stay on the record too. - Effort logging: record effort, elapsed time, and attempts as you go. A fuel-runway view shows how much budget is left at a glance, and a project can be paused when life intervenes. - Deliberate reviews: when a rule fires, the app recommends a decision and you choose to continue, simplify, pivot, or stop, capturing the reason. The decision is dated and kept on record. - Pivot history: pivoting opens a new path while the abandoned one stays on file, so the lesson survives the restart. - Local insights: see stop reasons, pivot reasons, review outcomes, exit distribution, and attempt efficiency across every project you have run. - Private by design: everything is stored on your device with SQLite. No accounts, no cloud sync, and no device permissions requested. Use it to timebox a freelance bet before it eats your evenings, to decide whether a stalled side project deserves one more attempt, or to treat a training plan like the investment it is: with a budget, a review date, and an honest exit. Set the rules while you are still objective, then let the runway tell you when it is time to decide. Singapore Plans keeps the decision honest, on schedule, and entirely yours.
