Time Card Calculator: Hours

Time Card Calculator is a work hours calculator for US workers paid by the hour. Enter the time you clocked in and out, then subtract your lunch break. You'll see daily and weekly totals, with overtime and gross pay before taxes. When payday comes, check each week's hours against your pay stub, or send your supervisor a PDF time card with signature lines. It's a personal timesheet: no account needed, and it works offline. How it works Tap a day and set Clock in and Clock out. The Now button fills in the current time. New days start with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Change it to 15, 45 or 60 minutes, or set your own. For a split shift, add a second shift to the same day. Night shift from 10 PM to 6 AM? Enter it as one overnight shift. The app knows it crossed midnight. Vacation, holiday or sick hours go in as paid time off (PTO). They're paid at your regular rate and don't count toward overtime. Same hours most days? Tap "Same as previous day", copy one day to Monday through Friday, or copy last week. Overtime The overtime calculator uses the federal rule (FLSA) by default: 1.5x, time and a half, after 40 hours a week. If you work in California, switch to daily overtime after 8 hours and double time after 12, on top of the 40-hour weekly rule. The California 7th-day rule isn't included. You can also set the overtime rate to 2x or turn overtime off. Your totals and your pay stub Your weekly total shows in hours and minutes and in decimal hours (41:45 is 41.75), as on most pay stubs. Add your hourly rate once and you'll see your gross pay. Paid every 2 weeks (biweekly)? Choose "Every 2 weeks" as your pay period to see both weeks added up. Overtime is still figured week by week. To check a pay stub, type in its hours for the week you're looking at. The app tells you if they match or how many hours they're off. Share your time card Send your hours as a text or email, a PDF time card with lines for employee and supervisor signatures, or a CSV timesheet that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. It doesn't use GPS, and it doesn't figure taxes or take-home pay. There's no account and no bank or employer login. Your hours are saved on your phone and never sent to us. Totals are estimates for your own records, not tax or legal advice. The app is free and supported by ads.
