A film darkroom timer drawn like a Bauhaus poster: recipe cards, dial, roll log.
Halidun Darkroom started from one drawing: a single round dial, red for developer, amber ticks for every agitation, and nothing else competing for your eye while your hands are wet.
— The dial
Each bath gets the whole screen. Develop, stop, fix and wash run in order, and the timer pauses between baths so you can pour without racing the clock. The ticks around the ring mark when to invert the tank; the centre swells red and a short buzz lands right on time.
— Recipe cards
Film, developer, dilution, base temperature, four bath times and your agitation rhythm, set on a card with a coloured spine. Three sample cards are optional, clearly marked, and load only once.
— Temperature and push
Nudge the bath half a degree at a time and the develop time rescales from the card. Push or pull up to three stops before you start.
— Mix
Type 1+n and the tank volume; concentrate and water come back as two large numbers, with a bar that shows the proportion at a glance.
— Roll log
Finish a process and file the roll with a line of frame notes. The bench screen keeps the last roll and the tank status in view.
— Safelight mode
One switch turns the whole interface red on black and hides the status bar, for work near paper.
Type is condensed and geometric, numerals are monospaced so minutes never jump, and the day palette is warm plaster with a dark mode beside it. Recipes and rolls are saved on the phone.
