Ocupy: Run & Be the Mayor

Your neighbourhood needs a mayor. Ocupy is a pixel-art city game you play by running and walking. Close a loop and the streets inside it become your ground. Hold the biggest share of a real neighbourhood and you are its mayor, until someone runs a bigger loop. BECOME THE MAYOR The map is made of real neighbourhoods, all over the world. Each one has a deed card: who the mayor is, how big the neighbourhood is and how much ground you need to take the title. Mayors can put up a sign with their own colour and slogan. A NEW SEASON EVERY MONTH Your ground never disappears, but the city league starts over on the 1st of every month. The top three players in each country win a gold, silver or bronze trophy. RULE YOUR CITY Hold the most mayorships in your city and you are its ruler. Your name stands over the city on the map, and on the 1st of every month the ruler wins a title badge. Clubs compete for the city too. LOOPS MADE FOR YOU Not sure where to run? Ocupy suggests 1.5, 3 and 5 km loops that start at your door, and points you to nearby neighbourhoods that have no mayor yet. A COMPANION THAT GROWS Pick a free starter companion. It grows through four stages with every kilometre you run, and it misses you when you skip a few days. Keep your streak alive and earn streak badges. BETTER WITH FRIENDS Add friends and run together: on a group run nobody loses ground, and the loop counts for everyone. Or challenge a friend to a 7-day duel and see who claims more ground. YOUR RUNNER, YOUR STYLE Choose a pixel runner, outfits, shoes and companions. Collect badges for streaks, seasons and being the first to claim new ground, and share your profile card. ALSO A neighbourhood album of every place you have run, clubs, private matches, run replays and photo templates.
