After your workout, record the exercises and sets you completed. Choose a session date and record sets with reps and load in lb or kg. Pick from exercise names already in your log, or enter a new one. Review the last matching set in its original unit and copy it into an editable form before saving your next set. Expand session or set notes when useful. Review history by session or by exercise, expand a session to see its sets, open it for more entry, and edit sets or delete sessions when your record changes.
