Quit is a simple abstinence log that shows the time since the quit date you set. Set your quit date and enter your usual cigarettes per day. The app calculates smoke-free time and an estimate of cigarettes avoided from those values. Enter a pack price and pack size to calculate an estimate of money saved. Use the craving log to record a craving and an optional note. Review all entries or the last 7 or 30 days. Search notes, correct a timestamp or note, and delete an entry.
