Pain

Pain keeps a diary of the pain episodes you record. Choose a location and intensity from 0 to 10, check the start time and save. Add an end time, what you took or a note when useful. Optional details stay out of the way until you need them. Ongoing entries have Update and End now actions. Update corrects the same saved entry; End now records its end time. You can edit past entries or delete a mistaken record. Review the last 7 days, 30 days or all entries, and filter by location. A dated chart shows up to 14 recent entries using each episode’s latest saved intensity. The full selected history is listed underneath. It does not estimate missing days, calculate scores or interpret your numbers. Share a readable report of the selected period and location. Your diary stays on your device. Android may back up the local diary when device backup is enabled. Export a JSON backup of the full diary when you want a copy you control, and import it later to merge or replace your entries. No account is required. Pain does not diagnose conditions or provide treatment advice. It records what you enter. The free app includes advertising. A one-time purchase removes banner and interstitial ads. Ads and purchases use Google services.

Capture pain with direct 0–10 intensity choices and optional details. Update or end ongoing episodes. Filter History by location, see dated intensity and share the same selected records. Clearer save/delete feedback and draft retention during Android text-size changes.
