Track scheduled and as-needed doses, choose weekdays, and share intake history.
Meds keeps a local medication schedule and intake record.
Add a medication and the dose you want to record. Choose clock times and weekdays, or use As needed without a scheduled time. Today shows due, unrecorded and later doses. Mark a scheduled dose taken or missed, or confirm an as-needed dose when you record it. Correct a status when necessary.
Review records by day, over 7 or 30 calendar days, or across all history. Share the selected intake record. Saved medication names and doses stay with recorded entries when the schedule changes. Archive a medication without erasing its history.
OPTIONAL REMINDERS
Enable local notifications in Settings for scheduled medications. Android notification permission is required. Android may delay reminders; they are not guaranteed alarms. As-needed medications have no scheduled reminders. Open Meds to record a dose yourself.
YOUR DATA AND RECOVERY
• Your schedule and intake log stay on this device
• No account is required
• Android may back up the local log to your Google account when device backup is enabled and your device has a screen lock; Google controls when backups run
• Export a JSON backup from Settings for a copy you control, and import it later to merge or replace your local data
• Reminder permission and preference must be set again on a new device

Meds records your choices. It does not recommend a dose or provide medical advice. A missing log entry does not establish whether a dose was taken or missed. Follow the instructions from your prescriber or pharmacist.
