Blood Glucose is a manual journal for readings from your own glucose meter. The phone does not measure glucose. LOG WHAT YOU KNOW Enter a value in mmol/L or mg/dL and record when you measured it. Context starts as Unspecified. Choose Fasting, Before meal, After meal or Bedtime when useful, and add an optional note. Saved entries keep their original value, unit and chosen context. Correct or delete an entry when needed. REVIEW YOUR ENTRIES Filter History by the last 7 days, 30 days or all entries, and by context. See the selected readings and their average. Dated chart points use real measurement-time spacing and show the latest 14 selected entries; gaps mean no entry was recorded. Mixed units are converted only for the chart and average. Original values and units remain visible in the list and exports. There are no clinical targets or high/low labels.
