Meter Lantern

Meter Lantern turns occasional electricity meter readings into a clear picture of household energy use. Record cumulative readings, compare intervals, estimate the cost of the current billing cycle, and see whether recent consumption is running above or below your usual pace. Use the Reading Log to add and review meter values. The Forecast calculator combines your tariff, standing charge, and billing dates into a practical estimate. Insights highlight interval averages and unusual jumps without making alarmist claims. The Checks library provides a focused, room-by-room routine for investigating everyday energy waste, while Settings keeps tariff and household targets editable. Everything works offline and stays on your device. Starter readings and practical checks make the app useful immediately, and local editing and reset controls keep the data fully in your hands.
