Keep the receipt, keep the warranty. Kvitox stores your receipts and purchase details in a private vault on your device and reminds you before a warranty ends or a return window closes. No account, no sign-in, no ads. SCAN INSTEAD OF SEARCHING • Scan a paper receipt with the document scanner, pick a photo or import a PDF invoice. • Kvitox reads the receipt on your device: the store, date and total, and every product with its quantity and price, plus any serial numbers, IMEI numbers and product codes printed on it. • Printed return and warranty periods, such as “2-year warranty” or “30-day returns”, are recognized too. • Share a PDF or photo to Kvitox from another app, then save it as a new receipt or attach it to an existing one. • Kvitox warns you when a receipt looks like one you have already saved. NEVER MISS A DEADLINE • Choose which products to track, say the TV but not the cable. Each can have its own return window (14, 30, 60 or 90 days) and warranty (6 months to 5 years), or any date you set. • Countdown badges change color as a deadline nears, and Expiring Soon puts the most urgent first. • Reminders arrive 2 days before a return deadline, and 30 and 7 days before a warranty ends, at 10:00 your local time, even after a restart. READY WHEN YOU NEED TO CLAIM • Create a proof-of-purchase PDF for the products you choose, with the receipt image, product details, coverage status and, if you like, the warranty card. Send it to the store, your insurer or customer support. • Keep the warranty card, user manual and product photos with the receipt: up to 10 images or PDFs per receipt. • Export your vault as a CSV spreadsheet with one row per product. FIND ANYTHING IN SECONDS • Search by store, product, serial number, product code, notes or the text recognized on the receipt, and filter by category. • With Kvitox Pro, organize receipts, or even single products, into folders and subfolders, each with its own name, color and icon. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Receipts, images and recognized text are stored on your device. Kvitox never uploads them and has no servers, so the developer cannot see your vault. Kvitox itself collects no analytics. • App Lock protects Kvitox with your fingerprint, face or screen lock. • Text recognition runs on your device with Google ML Kit; your images and their text are not sent anywhere for recognition. ML Kit may send anonymous diagnostics to Google. The scanner comes from Google Play services. • Photos are chosen with the system photo picker, so Kvitox never needs access to your whole photo library. • Your receipts leave your phone only when you share an export or a backup file yourself, or in Android’s backup if it is turned on.
