KetoTrue: Keto TDEE & Macros

Starting keto, the scale drops 2 kg in a week, then stalls, then jumps after one pasta dinner. Most calculators treat all of that as fat and give you the wrong calories. KetoTrue doesn't. KetoTrue learns your real maintenance calories (TDEE) from your own morning weigh-ins and food log, and it models glycogen water so carb days and keto week one don't distort your numbers. WHAT IT DOES • Adaptive TDEE: starts from a proven formula and shifts to your measured TDEE as you log, with a range and confidence level • Water vs fat: see how much of this week's change was glycogen water and how much was fat and tissue • Weight trend without the water swings • Daily targets for calories, net carbs, protein and fat that follow your TDEE • Correct net carbs for EU/UK/AU labels and US/Canada labels, including fibre and sugar alcohols • Built-in food list plus your own foods • Electrolyte tracker for sodium, potassium and magnesium • Optional glucose and ketone logging with GKI • Metric or imperial units • 7 languages: English, Português, Français, Español, Deutsch, Norsk, العربية PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account and no sign-up • Your health logs stay on your phone; nothing is uploaded • Export a backup or CSV whenever you want The free version shows ads. KetoTrue is for general nutrition and weight tracking. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
