Onduty

Onduty is the mobile app for HR-VEND. It is for employees and managers at companies that already use HR-VEND for their HR — you sign in to your own company's workspace, and you see your own record. You will need your workspace address and an account from your employer. If your company does not use HR-VEND, this app will not do anything for you. WHAT YOU CAN DO Check your attendance See the month as it stands: which days are recorded, when you came in and when you left. Days that are missing are marked, so you find them before payroll does. Fix a missed punch Forgot to punch out after a client visit? Raise a correction from your phone, say what happened, and it goes to whoever decides attendance corrections. The register is not changed until they agree — and you are told when they do, and why if they say no. Leave Your balance and the requests you have made, with where each one has got to. Payslips Every payslip released to you, ready to open. Policies Anything your employer needs you to read and acknowledge, with the version you acknowledged recorded against it. For managers Everything waiting on your decision, in one place — approvals across leave, requisitions, offers and settlements, and the attendance corrections your workspace has raised. Approve or decline with a reason, from wherever you are. YOUR COMPANY, NOT OURS The app takes on your workspace's name and colour, because it is your employer's HR system — we only make the software. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Onduty does not track your location. There is no GPS, no geofence and no clock-in that records where you are. It does not use your camera, your photos or your contacts, and it contains no advertising and no analytics software. It asks for two permissions: internet access, and whether you are online. Notifications, if your employer turns them on, are deliberately vague — "your leave request was decided", never the decision itself — because a notification is shown on a locked screen other people can read. PRIVACY Your employer decides what is held about you, and is responsible for it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. HR-VEND runs the software on their instructions.
