Cheese Pull - Stretch It Far

One finger. One strand of molten cheese. How far do you dare? ■ The nerve to stop When the strand glows red it is about to go. Bank it now, or push one more inch? Snap it and the whole run is gone. ■ Pull fast and it breaks, pull slow and it cools There is no single right speed. It keeps moving. Find the moment the cheese stretches best and ride it. ■ Twelve cheeses, twelve personalities Mozzarella, cheddar, gorgonzola, raclette, string cheese, burrata. Some stretch beautifully but cool fast. Some are thick and forgiving but short. Nothing is strictly better. ■ Five shops, sixty orders From a street oven to a master kitchen. Go long, hit it exactly, or keep every topping on. ■ Daily Pull One run a day, same conditions for everyone. Beat yesterday. Every record becomes a ruler card. Is your cheese longer than a giraffe?
