Scan Anything

Scan Anything is a QR code and barcode scanner and generator for Android. Point your camera at a code and it is recognised straight away: QR codes, Data Matrix, Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, UPC-A and the other common 1D and 2D formats are detected automatically, so there is no format to choose first. SCANNING - Every scan gives haptic feedback and is saved to your history automatically. - Repeat codes are ignored for a few seconds so continuous scanning stays quiet. - You can also decode a code from a photo in your gallery instead of using the camera. - Opening a result gives you the actions that fit the content: open a link, dial a number, start an email or SMS, save a contact, view a location, or join a Wi-Fi network. CREATING CODES Build your own QR codes and barcodes from ready-made forms for Wi-Fi networks, contacts, email, phone numbers, SMS, locations, links and plain text, or type any raw payload yourself. Choose QR, Data Matrix, Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13 or UPC-A, then share the image, save it to your Pictures folder, or keep a record of it in history. HISTORY, BACKUP, PRIVACY Search, filter, favourite, copy, share and delete your saved codes. Your history lives on your device: it is never uploaded, you can export it to CSV or JSON and restore it from that backup, and clearing the history removes it completely. MORE - Full Arabic support with a right-to-left layout, switchable in Settings. - Dark theme that follows your device colours. - Home screen shortcuts for Scan, Scan a photo and Create. - A suggestion on the home screen when text you copied can be turned into a code. This app is free to use and shows advertising. You can watch a rewarded ad to unlock a 24 hour ad free window and to export your history. Camera access is used only to read codes, and the app does not store or send the images it looks at.
