Self Serve turns any Android tablet or kiosk into a self-checkout counter for your store. Customers walk up, browse your full catalog, scan barcodes, add items to the cart, and pay for themselves. No associate needed for the transaction. Your staff stay on the floor instead of behind a billing counter. Built for retail, grocery, electronics, fashion and beauty stores, from a single counter to a large-format floor. WHAT CUSTOMERS DO • Tap to start on a welcome screen that runs your own store images, GIFs and videos • Choose Pickup or Delivery, and a branch if you have more than one • Browse by category, search, or scan a barcode with a USB scanner • See product details, variants, images and descriptions • Review the cart line by line, change quantities, remove items • Enter name and phone, apply a coupon, add a delivery address • See what the order saves against MRP before paying HOW THEY PAY • UPI QR code • A payment link sent to their own phone on WhatsApp • Card, on a connected payment terminal • At the counter, if you prefer to keep that option AFTER THE ORDER • The order goes straight into your POS • A receipt prints on your connected thermal printer • The customer gets a WhatsApp confirmation, if your store has WhatsApp set up • An optional star-rating popup with a QR to your Google listing • The kiosk resets itself for the next customer WORKS OFFLINE The catalog syncs to the device and is stored locally, so browsing keeps working when the connection drops. Slideshow media is downloaded once and played from the device after that, instead of re-streaming every time. ONE CATALOG, MANY SOURCES Products from your POS and from your own admin panel are merged into a single view, including anything pushed in through a POS gateway integration. CONFIGURED CENTRALLY Welcome screen copy, layout and colours, payment methods, pickup and delivery modes, branches, and the review prompt are all set from the admin panel, not on the device. REQUIREMENTS Self Serve is a store-deployed kiosk app and needs a connected POS backend account for catalog and order management. It is not a standalone billing app. Skipped: dropped the Commmerce, Razorpay and Pine Labs names throughout. Add them back if Play review asks which provider the payment terminal and UPI QR go through.
