NeckReset: Neck Pain Stretches

NeckReset is a simple stretch library and guided-routine app for people who sit at a desk all day. It walks you through neck, shoulder and upper-back stretches with a clear timer, then helps you track how your neck feels over time. WHAT IT DOES • Guided stretch library — neck mobility, upper-trap and levator stretches, shoulder openers, and thoracic/back mobility, each with photos, step-by-step instructions and a target-muscle note • Guided session timer — a large countdown ring, side and set tracking, and a gentle cue at the end of each hold • Starter routines — Morning Unlock, Mid-Day Desk Break and Bedtime Release, ready to play in a few minutes • Routine builder — arrange your favourite stretches in the order and timing that suits you, and save them • Pain log — note where it aches (neck, shoulder, upper back, headache), how strong it is, and a likely trigger such as sitting, sleeping or screen time • Trends — see your pain log charted over 7, 30 or 90 days, by area • Gentle reminders — optional daily or weekday prompts to take a short break • Works offline — your stretches and logs stay on your device WHO IT'S FOR • Desk and remote workers with neck or upper-back tension • Anyone with "tech neck" from long hours on a phone or laptop • People who want a calm, no-account stretch routine they can do at their desk or at home IMPORTANT NeckReset is an exercise library, not physical therapy. It can help you build a stretching habit, but it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain, and consult a physiotherapist or doctor for persistent pain, a recent injury, disc problems, or post-surgical recovery. Contact: [email protected]
