Eluck Casino

Eluck Casino opens to the Workout screen, where you can see this week's workouts, volume, minutes and days trained. Browse routines and their exercises, then tap Start to begin a session. On the Session screen, each exercise shows its sets with previous numbers alongside weight and reps. Edit the weight and reps, tick off completed sets and view the running clock. Finish the workout to save it, or discard it. If you finish without ticking any sets, the app asks for confirmation first. Open History to review finished workouts, including time, volume, records and the best set for each exercise. Before your first finished workout, History displays a hint. You can also delete a saved workout. On the Progress screen, pick an exercise to view its estimated one-rep max over 12 weeks, best set, sessions and weekly volume. Eluck Casino works offline and stores your routines and finished workouts, including sets, weights and reps, only on your device.
