HomeCapsule is a home maintenance log and warranty tracker for your house or apartment: every renovation, repair and purchase with its receipt, photos and warranty date, in one place. Get reminded before a warranty ends or the boiler service, chimney sweep or smoke alarm check is due, and see what your home has really cost. Private by design: no sign-up, no ads, no tracking, and your records stay encrypted on your phone. Share your home records with the people you live with (Android phones only), without anyone signing up: they are end-to-end encrypted, so the server can't read them. • Reminders before a warranty ends (30 and 7 days before) and before maintenance is due (7 and 3 days before and on the day). Add them to your calendar with one tap. • A ready-made maintenance schedule to start with: boiler service, chimney, gas and electrical inspections, smoke and CO alarm tests, filter changes, and your car's inspection and insurance. Tick what you have, and HomeCapsule reminds you when each is due. • Receipts and warranties at hand: every purchase, renovation and repair with its date, cost, warranty, photos, receipts and PDFs, so you also keep a home inventory of what you bought. Share photos and PDFs into the app from your gallery, email or banking app. • Contractors: the plumber's number, what they did and how it went. Call or text them from the app. • Spending: what your home has really cost, by room, type, month and contractor. • Rooms and cars: kitchen, bathroom, garage and your own, with sub-rooms, each with its own history. Car entries record the mileage. • Search across everything. • Encrypted backups to a file you keep: on your computer, a USB stick or a cloud drive you choose, locked with a password only you know. Useful when you sell or rent out your home, make an insurance claim or need the receipt for a warranty claim: every repair, renovation and contractor is already in one place. Privacy Your records, photos and documents are stored encrypted on your phone. No sign-up or login, no ads, no tracking. You can lock the app with your fingerprint or screen lock. Shared with your household Everyone in your home can keep the same records on their own Android phone, without anyone signing up. Your entries, photos and files are end-to-end encrypted on the phone before they are sent, so they reach the server only in a form it cannot read. The server sees only technical data: a random household ID, the sizes and times of uploads, and the checks done when a household is created. Invite someone by showing them a QR code. Free and Pro HomeCapsule is free for one home, two phones and 30 files (photos, receipts and documents) shared with your household. Files on a phone that does not share are never limited. Pro gives you up to 10 homes, 5 phones and 500 shared files, plus the home dossier: a PDF of everything about your home to hand to a buyer, tenant or insurer. It is a yearly or monthly subscription through Google Play, and bought on any phone it covers the whole household.
