Cardioplace helps you keep track of your blood pressure between visits, and keeps your care team in the picture. Add how you were sitting, any symptoms you noticed, and whether you have taken your medications. See what your readings are doing Review your history, open any single check-in in detail, and follow your readings against the goal your care team set for you. Your care team sees what you record Readings are checked against the thresholds set for you. When something needs attention, your care team is notified and you are told what the reading means. Ask questions any time The built-in assistant can answer questions about your readings, your medications and your check-ins. Type, or speak if you would rather talk. Medications and reminders Keep your medication list up to date, say when you have missed a dose, and get reminders by notification or text message. HealPoints Earn HealPoints each time you check in. They are a way to see how consistently you have been tracking. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for anything. Made to be usable Every page can be read aloud, text scales with your phone's settings, and Cardioplace is available in English, Spanish, Amharic, French and German. Your information Cardioplace handles health information under HIPAA. You can delete individual readings or conversations at any time, and you can close your account from inside the app. Cardioplace does not diagnose conditions and does not replace medical care.
