Marmwick Inks

Crack a cryptogram in minutes, not in an evening of crossed-out guesses. Marmwick Inks hides each letter of a proverb behind a numbered drop of marbling ink, and the colour of that ink already tells you which slice of the alphabet it belongs to. **Guess smarter, not harder** On the first bench, a lapis ink means A to D and a saffron ink means E to H. Tap an ink, and the tray below offers only the letters it could possibly be. You spend your time reading the proverb, not scanning twenty-six keys. **See every letter land at once** Pick the right letter and it drops into every matching spot on the sheet together, with a splash of ink and a gilt rule under each finished word. Pick the wrong one and it is struck off for that ink, so you never repeat a miss. **Climb at your own pace** - Lapis Bench: 12 sheets, seven ink bands of three or four letters, a few letters given to start you off - Saffron Bench: 12 sheets, five wider bands, fewer letters given - Vermilion Bench: 12 sheets, four broad bands, longer proverbs and almost nothing given Stars open each new bench, so the harder sheets wait until you are ready for them. **Earn every star cleanly** Finish with no blots for three stars, one or two blots for two. Stuck on an ink? Spend a hint drop to reveal it; that sheet then tops out at two stars. Drops are earned in play: one for each first three-star sheet and one for each daily proverb. **Come back for one a day** A fresh Daily proverb waits every day, with its own streak and best streak to beat. **Keep what you make** Every decoded bench sheet leaves a marbled paper in your Folio: combed waves, stone drops and swirls in lapis, saffron, vermilion and malachite. Thirty-six papers to collect, each one paired with the proverb that earned it. **Play it your way** Sound, Haptics and Reduce motion each switch on or off in Settings. Reduce motion stills the drifting bath and the ink bursts while keeping every tap clear. **Stay offline** Marmwick Inks never connects anywhere: your stars, drops and Folio live on this phone, and there are no ads or purchases.
