BuildControl Contractor

BuildControl Contractor is an app for renovation and construction contractors. You create a project, invite your client with a QR code or a link, and then work as a pair: you report, the client sees and accepts. What's inside: • Stages and tasks with a weight in overall progress. Progress counts only accepted work — nobody can set it by hand. • Submitting work with photos: the form won't go through without a photo of the result. • Estimate and expenses with receipts; the client's approval is recorded in the chat. • Daily photo reports, issues and their fixes. • Project, stage and task chats; turn any message into a task right away. • A completion certificate built from accepted work — the amount due is confirmed by a document, not by messages. • Project documents: contract, supplier estimate, permit, drawings. Data is stored on the server and available from any device. An internet connection is required. The app is free: there are no purchases or paid features. App languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish.
