Download, health-check and tune Biomark PIT-tag readers over Bluetooth or TCP.
Download PIT-tag data from Biomark IS1001 readers over Bluetooth at the site, and reach remote readers over the internet by IP address and TCP port - all from your phone or tablet. No laptop, no cables.
TagStream speaks the reader's own protocol. At the site it connects through the Biomark BLE data-logger board and pulls detections straight to your phone. For a reader wired to a cellular modem or a serial-to-Ethernet bridge, the network terminal opens a live TCP session from wherever you have signal.
BLUETOOTH DOWNLOADS
- Scan for and connect to the reader's logger board over Bluetooth LE
- Download tag detections, status reports, or the entire memory from the logger or the IS1001 behind it
- Every download is saved as text and CSV, named by site, antenna, and date
- Export a PTAGIS I5 import file; share by email, messaging, or save to any folder
READER HEALTH AND DIAGNOSTICS
- Green / yellow / red health check: voltages, antenna current, tuning, noise, memory, alarms, and clock
- Test-tag (VTT) summary: real tag crossings, test-tag count, and percent detected
- Live diagnostics: the reader's own binary diagnostic stream, one graph per antenna, while you tune
- Sync the logger and reader clocks in one tap, confirmed by reading them back, with a warning when a clock is off
- Run a saved setup script, switch the reader between scan and standby, and set the reader ID
NETWORK TERMINAL (TCP)
- Connect to a reader, logger, or sensor by IP address and TCP port
- Watch its output stream in live and unfiltered, with adjustable text size and auto-scroll
- Save sites for one-tap reconnects, or import a whole site list from CSV
- Every command the reader lists for itself, grouped as the reader groups them, for IS-1001, IS-1001MUX and IS-1001MC - plus an SDI-12 starter set
- Keep transcripts in the Data tab beside your downloads, save them to any folder, share or email them, or export their tag lines as a PTAGIS I5 file
BUILT FOR REAL DEPLOYMENTS
- Works with IS1001, IS1001-MUX and IS1001-MC/MTS readers
- A built-in simulated reader lets you connect, download, health-check and tune without hardware
- An in-app field guide, organized by symptom, for when something will not connect
- Share your site list with the rest of the crew as a single file - it reads on iPhone and Android alike
- No accounts, no analytics, no tracking - field data stays on your device until you send it
TagStream Pro is a subscription with a 2-week free trial, so you can verify it against your own readers before paying anything. Monthly and annual plans are available; the annual plan is the best value for a field season.
TagStream Pro is $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year (USD), each starting with a 2-week free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play subscriptions.
TagStream is built by Advanced Field Technologies and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Biomark. Bluetooth downloads require the reader's logger board to be in BLE Transparent UART mode. The network terminal needs a device that accepts TCP connections, such as a cellular modem or serial-to-Ethernet bridge; downloads and clock syncs run over Bluetooth.

Nouveautés
Handheld readers: pair a Biomark HPR Lite, HPR Plus or GPR Plus in your phone's Bluetooth settings and TagStream downloads its tag memory, shows each tag as it is read, and gives you a terminal for its settings. Downloads now hold the screen until they finish, with a Stop button. A new logger always starts at command selection, and Download again repeats the last download in one tap. Clock sync reports its result wherever you are.
