Meninko: Name Day Calendar

Whose name day is it today, and whose tomorrow? Meninko shows it at a glance — in the app and in a widget on your home screen. • Today's and tomorrow's name days, the next seven days and the whole month. • Search by name: when Štefan, Jana or Radomír celebrate (in the Slovak calendar, Radomír only in leap years). • The Slovak and the Czech calendar, one tap apart. • A home-screen widget shows today's and tomorrow's name days from your chosen calendar and refreshes automatically. The Slovak calendar is the Oficiálne kalendárium of the Calendar Commission at the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic. The Czech calendar is the list documented on Wikipedia (Jmeniny v Česku, CC BY-SA 4.0). Meninko shows no ads, sells nothing and needs no sign-up. Both calendars live on the phone itself, so name days appear even without signal; it has no internet access and never asks for your contacts.

A clearer calendar layout on tablets. The month view stays visible while you search for a name.
