QuickGig: Local Gigs & Jobs

QuickGig is the neighborhood marketplace for finding local gigs and earning extra cash. Connect with real people in your area to get help with everyday tasks or find flexible work that fits your schedule, without lengthy applications or commitments. How It Works: Our process is simple and direct, designed to connect you quickly and safely. • Post a Job: In under a minute, describe what you need done, set your budget (fixed or hourly), and add photos so workers know exactly what to expect. • Browse Gigs Nearby: Open the live map to discover all open jobs and side hustles in your area. Filter by distance, pay rate, or category to find the perfect match. • Chat & Confirm: Use our secure in-app messaging to ask questions, share details, and agree on timing. Your personal contact information remains private. • Get Paid Directly: Once the work is complete, the poster pays the worker directly. We don't act as a middleman, so workers get paid faster. • Rate Each Other: Build a trusted community with a transparent, two-way rating system after every job. Great work and reliable posters get recognized. For Homeowners & Busy People: Reclaim your weekend and get that to-do list cleared by a trusted neighbor. • Help for Any Task: Post gigs for house cleaning, deep cleans, lawn mowing, yard work, snow shoveling, leaf raking, and general labor. • Handyman & Assembly Services: Find local help for small repairs, painting, light carpentry, plumbing, TV mounting, and furniture assembly (IKEA, desks, cribs). • Errands & Deliveries: Get assistance with grocery runs, pickups, packing, storage help, and local deliveries for your small business. • Personal & Event Help: Hire neighbors for pet sitting, dog walking, babysitting, tutoring, event setup, party help, and decorating. • Hire with Confidence: Review profiles to see worker ratings and an optional ID verification badge for added peace of mind. For Workers & Side Hustlers: Earn cash on your terms with complete control over your schedule and rates. • Find Flexible Work: Browse a huge variety of local gigs that fit your skills and availability, from a one-hour task to a full day's work. • Keep 100% of Your Pay: Negotiate your rate directly and keep everything you earn. There are no service fees taken from your payment. • Build Your Reputation: Earn great ratings from your completed gigs to stand out to posters and get more job offers in the future. • Work Without Commitment: Forget about applications, interviews, and rigid schedules. Simply find a job you like, confirm the details, and get to work. • Find Gigs Instantly: Browse a live map of all open jobs in your area and filter by distance, pay, or category to find work fast. A Safe & Transparent Marketplace: Your safety and trust are our top priorities. We provide the tools you need to connect with confidence. • Private In-App Messaging: Communicate securely without ever sharing your personal phone number or email address. • Optional ID Verification: Users can choose to complete a background check through our partner, Checkr.com, to earn a verified badge on their profile. • Two-Way Ratings for Accountability: Every completed job ends with a two-way star rating for both the poster and the worker, ensuring everyone is accountable. • Community Guidelines: We strictly enforce our community guidelines and provide easy-to-use report and block features for your peace of mind. • No Hidden Fees: QuickGig is completely free to download and use. Any optional features, like post boosting, are clearly priced upfront.
