PulseQ is a fleet management app that brings your vehicle records, maintenance and everyday team tasks together. See what needs attention, keep each vehicle's history organized and plan your next steps with Google Calendar Sync and email reminders. Google Calendar Sync and email notifications Connect your Google account to publish relevant PulseQ deadlines to Google Calendar. Alerts for servicing, oil changes, vehicle inspections, emissions checks, insurance, tachographs and equipment maintenance can create and update calendar events. Choose the alert types and upcoming, due or overdue statuses that matter to you. Enable email reminders and repeat reminders where permitted. Your fleet at a glance • A dashboard for vehicle status, upcoming work and outstanding tasks. • Search and filters by vehicle, group, subgroup and responsible user, according to your access. • Vehicle records with registration plate, make, model, VIN, driver, mileage, photos, notes and history. Maintenance, faults and equipment Record servicing, oil changes, repairs, work performed, parts, mechanic and cost. Track maintenance by time or mileage where supported. Manage faults with priority, status, assignment and an action history. Add equipment and components with deadlines, maintenance intervals and inspection, repair or replacement records. Fuel, EV charging and costs Log refuelling and electric vehicle charging in litres, kilograms or kWh, with date, mileage and cost. Review consumption, efficiency and cost per kilometre when the required data is available. Transfers and vehicle handovers When the transfers module is enabled, organize bookings, customers, times, origins, destinations and stops. Assign a driver and vehicle, track progress and record charges, expenses and payment status. Keep vehicle handover and return records with time, mileage and location. Teamwork and organized records • Groups, subgroups, roles and permissions matched to responsibilities. • Driver licence details and files in user profiles. • Excel, CSV and JSON exports, according to the tool and permissions, an activity history and a recovery bin. • Support for cars, electric vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, e-bikes, boats, buses, taxis, trucks and tractors. Use PulseQ in English, Greek, Italian, French, Albanian, Spanish, Bulgarian, Russian, German or Romanian. A PulseQ account is required. Feature availability depends on your workspace settings and permissions. Google Calendar Sync requires a Google connection and consent, with the integration enabled.
