TT-Smart App

The dedicated app for the TT-Smart ultrasonic axial force meter. Connect your Android smartphone or tablet to the TT-Smart via USB and measure the axial force of tightened bolts by ultrasound. Everything from measurement to OK/NG judgment and saving results is done in this app. * The TT-Smart ultrasonic axial force meter and a probe are required. ■ Main features - Axial Force Measurement: Calculates axial force, elongation, time difference, and stress from measurements before and after tightening, and judges OK/NG - Smart Measurement: Selects echoes and saves results automatically - Process Measurement: Measures multiple bolt types one after another in a set order - Calibration & Coefficient Measurement: Horizontal Axis Calibration, K-value Measurement, Elongation Coefficient Measurement - Condition Settings: Registers measurement conditions, such as dimensions and tolerance values, for each bolt type - Data Inquiry: Shows measurement results and waveforms, and exports them to CSV - Data Migration: Backs up data or moves it to another device
