The calm, personal side of your Leantime workspace. Focus on what matters.
Leantime Mobile is your personal companion to your Leantime workspace — a calm way to focus on what matters today, right from your phone.
Most work tools are built to track everything. This one is built around you. It holds your work quietly, shows you what's worth your attention today, and stays out of the way. No streaks to keep. No guilt for a slow day. Just clear next step and room to focus.
Some days you'll get through a lot. Some days, one thing. Both are fine.
What you can do
• Today — a calm look at what's due, what's on your radar, and a couple of
quick wins. Pick your one thing and start there.
• Plan tomorrow — set a short list tonight, so tomorrow starts with a decision
already made.
• Focus — a simple timer for when you sit down to work. No clock to beat; it
just tracks the time and logs it for you.
• Tasks — browse, update, and check things off with a swipe.
• Notes — capture a thought and keep it with your projects.
Works with your existing workspace on Cloud or Self-hosted
Leantime is open-source project-management software, and this app is a (like yourteam.leantime.io) or a self-hosted server your team runs. The app doesn't create accounts, and your data stays on your own Leantime server.
Want to look around first? On the first screen, tap Demo Mode to explore a sample workspace — no login or server needed.
Privacy
The app uses pseudonymous usage analytics (PostHog, EU-hosted) to improve the experience. It doesn't record your screen, collect your location, or read your task content for analytics. You can turn analytics off anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security.
