Counter – Simple Tally

Counter is a simple tally counter for anything you want to keep count of: reps at the gym, laps on the track, prayers, visitors at the door, items on a shelf. It also works as a digital tasbih (tasbeeh) for dhikr. Open a counter, tap anywhere on the screen and feel each count as a short vibration, so you can keep counting without looking at your phone. Keep as many counters as you need, each with its own name, one of eight colors and, if you like, a target. Count straight from the list with the − and + buttons on every row, or open a counter full screen, where most of the screen is one large button. • Tap anywhere to count: every finger that lands counts, so quick taps with one or two thumbs are not lost, and a back swipe from the screen edge is not counted • Separate vibrations for a count, an undo and reaching the target, so you know what happened without looking. Vibration can be turned off • Optional short sounds at media volume that play even when the phone is on silent; if you prefer, mute them while the phone is on silent or vibrate, or in Do Not Disturb • Targets: one tap for 33 or 99, or any number you choose. When the count reaches the target, a lap is added and counting starts again • Count down: start at your target, for example 100, and count down; reaching zero completes a lap and starts again from the target • Groups: sort your counters into tabs of your own – dhikr, workout, daily, anything – while "All" still shows every counter • Daily history: today, the last 7 days and all time, day by day. Resetting a counter keeps its history • Export your counters and their history to a file, and import them on another phone • Reset and delete only after confirmation; edit the name, color and target; reorder counters by dragging • Light, dark or system theme • 7 languages: English, Turkish, Arabic, German, Russian, Japanese and Simplified Chinese; switch language inside the app, whatever your phone's language • Works with TalkBack Privacy There is no account and nothing to sign up for. Your counters, their history and your settings stay on your phone unless you export them to a file, and are not copied to cloud backup. The app's own code sends nothing to us or to any server, and counting works without an internet connection. A banner ad from Google is shown at the bottom of the screen, kept apart from the area you tap. Google's ad software collects some data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention; the Data safety section and our privacy policy list what it collects.

First public release. Count anything with a tap and feel every count: vibration, an optional sound and a distinct signal at the target. Named, colored counters with targets and laps, groups as tabs in your own order, count down, daily history, export and import. No account; your data stays on your phone.
