The sound is analyzed on your device and never recorded. • A MIDI keyboard: plug it in over USB (a USB OTG adapter may be needed) or pair it over Bluetooth from inside the app for exact note detection. • No instrument yet: play on the multi-touch keyboard on your phone or tablet screen, chords and all. A LESSON PATH THAT BUILDS STEP BY STEP 9 units and 34 short lessons take you from finding middle C to reading both clefs, playing with both hands, chords and your first scales. Each lesson mixes a short explanation with hands-on steps: find the keys, play along, name the note on the staff, tap a rhythm. SONGS YOU WANT TO PLAY 29 pieces from folk tunes to the classics, arranged for learners: Ode to Joy, Für Elise, Minuet in G, Pachelbel's Canon and more. Every song plays as falling notes onto the keyboard or as scrolling sheet music. • Wait for me: the music stops on every note until you play it. • Keep the beat: play in tempo and get scored on timing. • Listen first: hear the piece before you try it. • Right hand, left hand or both, at any speed from 50%. • Up to three stars per song. PRACTICE TOOLS • Free play: the notes you hold appear on a grand staff, and the app names your chords. • Note reading: name notes against the clock in the treble or bass clef. • Ear training: hear a note, then find it on the keys. • Metronome with tap tempo. YOUR WAY OF NAMING NOTES Letters (C D E), Do Re Mi, or German (with H). The app picks the one your language uses and you can switch any time.
