Shared trip cash box. No account needed, works offline.
Pavoyo is the shared cash box for your trip. Hut stay, fuel, lift tickets, groceries: everyone enters what they paid, and Pavoyo works out who still owes whom. No account, no sign-up, and it works without a signal.
HOW TO START
1. Create a pot and name your trip.
2. Invite the others with a link or QR code. Anyone without the app joins in the browser.
3. Enter expenses. Pavoyo keeps track.
WHAT PAVOYO DOES
• Works offline: no reception in the mountains? Entries go into the pot and sync as soon as you are back online.
• No account: a link or QR code is enough. On a computer, a short code does the job.
• Split expenses your way: evenly or with your own amounts, also afterwards. Leave out whoever was not there.
• Bills by item: spread single items and the tip.
• With a cash box or individually: one shared pot everything is paid from, or everyone for themselves.
• Foreign currencies: the exchange rate is fixed when you enter an expense, and the settlement runs in your home currency.
• Always up to date: what the others enter shows up right away.
• Settling up made easy: Pavoyo suggests the few payments that balance everything out, instead of lots of transfers back and forth.
• Categories and statistics: what the trip's money went on.
• Export as PDF, Excel and CSV: free, and offline too.
WHO IT IS FOR
Groups on the move who do not want to agree on an app first: mountain tours and hut weekends, climbing, mountain biking, ski tours, car pools, road trips and city breaks.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Pavoyo is not a payment service. It moves no money; it only calculates and suggests who transfers what to whom.
• There are no accounts: anyone with a pot's link can open and change it. Share it only with people who should be in.
• Free, with limits per pot: up to 8 participants, 300 expenses and one foreign currency. Premium is announced but not available yet.
• No ads, no cookies, no tracking. The servers are in Germany.
