Row counter for knitting & crochet: read PDF patterns, count rows, resume later.
Keep your place in a knitting or crochet project, even when you put it down for a while.
READ YOUR OWN PDF PATTERNS
Attach a PDF to a project and count rows while reading. Zoom in, move a reading line and return to your saved page and position. Your pattern is copied onto your device and stays available offline. Supports unprotected PDFs up to 50 MB and 500 pages. Patterns are not included.
COUNT EACH PART
Tap the large number to add a row. Create separate parts for a body, sleeves or other pieces, then switch between their independent counts. Your last selected part is remembered. The main counter keeps its own count.
KNIT IT AGAIN
Start a new project with the same parts and goals. All counts start at zero, and your original project stays intact. Choose whether to copy notes. You can also copy reminders; they start switched off.
MAKE THE NUMBER MEAN SOMETHING
Choose whether the number describes the row you are working on or the rows you have completed. Changing this label does not change your count. Long-press the number to enter a row directly.
KEEP YOUR RHYTHM
• Set row goals and reminders for each part.
• Use pattern-repeat counters, including repeats that advance the selected row counter.
• Correct a count with minus one, or reset and undo.
• Keep project notes and keep the screen awake while counting.
BACK UP YOUR WORK
Export your projects, attached PDF patterns and reading positions to a file and import that file on another device. Backup and transfer are free and do not require an account. Importing a backup replaces the current project list after you confirm.
All counting, PDF reading, parts and backup features are free. The app includes ads. To remove ads, open Settings > Remove ads and choose a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or one of three lifetime options. The lifetime options differ only in support amount; the benefit is the same. Earlier Pro purchases can still be restored in Settings.
Nouveautés
• New: loop loom (potholder loom) chart. Pick a color for each loop, see the woven result and how many loops of each color you need.
• While you count, a banner shows the next across loop, its color and whether it starts over or under.
• The pattern button now holds both your PDF and your loom chart.
