Shared calendar, lists, overtime and pay for a family and their domestic helper.
Family and helper, in sync.
HouseKin brings everyday household plans and records into one shared place. Built for adult family members and domestic helpers, it helps everyone see what is happening, what needs doing and who is taking care of it.
YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE
See upcoming events, shopping, tasks, rest days and items waiting for your attention from Today.
PLANS THAT EVERYONE CAN SEE
Use day, week and month calendar views to organise appointments, activities and household routines. Add recurring events and rest days, include people by name, and keep event locations with your plans.
ONE SHOPPING LIST
Write down what is needed, when it is needed and who is buying it. See the list by person and mark purchases as bought.
EVERYDAY TASKS, MADE CLEAR
Assign one-off jobs and recurring routines. Keep due dates and responsibilities visible, and check off work as it is completed.
WORK AND TIME OFF, ON RECORD
Record overtime in half-day steps. Helpers can request overtime for approval, and admins can record how approved time is settled: payment, time off or a balance kept for later.
A SHARED RECORD OF PAY
Keep salary periods, bonuses and overtime payments together. The payee can acknowledge receiving a payment. Salary and overtime records are visible to the relevant member and household admins.
HOUSEHOLD CASH, ACCOUNTED FOR
Record money added to the cash float, expenses and receipt photos. Scan a receipt to suggest the total, then check and edit the amount and date before saving.
Sign in with Google or a phone number.
PRIVATE TO YOUR HOUSEHOLD
Create a household and invite others with an invite code. Household members share access according to their roles. Children can be included by name in plans without needing an account.
CHOOSE YOUR HOUSEHOLD SETTINGS
Choose a supported currency and public-holiday region. Automatic holiday imports currently cover Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Other households can add events manually. Currency settings label recorded amounts; they do not convert currencies.
HouseKin is a household organisation and record-keeping app. Payments happen outside the app. It does not transfer money or provide legal, employment or tax advice.
The app interface is currently in English. An internet connection and an account are required for sign-in and shared data synchronisation.
