Po-Ko Now

Po-Ko Now helps you document work, deliveries, damage, repairs, cleaning, rental properties and vehicle conditions with photo reports. Capture a fresh camera photo, add stages such as Before, After, Part or Detail, and describe what happened by typing or recording a voice note. Capture timestamps and optional GPS or a manually entered place provide context. SAVE AND CONTINUE LATER Save an encrypted local draft, reopen it to add later stages, and choose when to upload it. Saved drafts stay local when you restart the app or sign in. PDF REPORTS AND VERIFICATION Upload a completed report to create a PDF and QR verification link. PDFs show larger, complete photos without cropping. Add an optional customer signature; standard signature wording can be displayed in the report language alongside the signed original. COST ESTIMATES Create itemized cost estimates with customer details, quantities, prices, tax and totals. Review the estimate, optionally collect a signature, and share the PDF. LANGUAGE AND AI TOOLS Choose independently from 17 app and report languages. Optional AI voice transcription and note improvement can help organize and translate your note. The app identifies OpenAI and asks for your permission before sending content for AI processing. PRIVACY AND ACCESS For adults, optional cloud, sharing and AI tools require sign-in. Users who select an age group under 18 use Private Local Mode: account sign-in, cloud uploads, AI, public sharing and purchases are unavailable. Photos and drafts remain on the device. FREE AND PRO Free includes up to 3 proof reports or estimates per month. Pro provides unlimited reports and estimates with the same core tools. The store displays the subscription price for your region. Privacy Policy: https://now.poko-go.com/privacy Terms of Use: https://now.poko-go.com/terms
