Pilgrim satisfaction surveys for Ministry of Hajj and Umrah field teams.
Nusuk Qiyas is the field app used by authorized teams of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to measure pilgrim satisfaction and the quality of the services provided to pilgrims.
Field researchers sign in with an account issued by the Ministry, open their assigned questionnaires, and record each response on site. Responses are saved on the device first, so work continues in areas with weak or no network coverage, and they upload automatically when the connection returns.
Key features
• Ready questionnaires: your assigned surveys are downloaded to the device and can be opened at any time.
• Works offline: every response is stored on the device and sent automatically in the background when the network is available.
• Photo evidence: attach camera photos to a response. Photos are compressed before upload to reduce data usage.
• Location: a response records where it was collected when the questionnaire requires it.
• Nusuk card scanning: scan the QR code on a pilgrim's Nusuk card to fill in details quickly and accurately.
• Daily progress: see how many surveys you completed today and how many are waiting to upload.
• Multiple accounts: switch between more than one account on the same device.
• Arabic and English interface.
