Write down headaches in a simple offline diary. No account, no cloud.
A headache is easy to remember and hard to describe a week later. Headache Log is a plain written diary for headaches and migraines — no account to create, no cloud to sync, no subscription standing between you and your own history.
Log it the moment it hits, or right after it fades. Slide the intensity from 0 to 10, pick the type — tension, migraine, cluster, sinus — tag the likely trigger, note whether you took medication and which one, and add a short note if the attack needs context, like "aura first" or "eased by evening." The whole entry takes about ten seconds, even mid-attack.
HOW TO LOG A HEADACHE
• Set the intensity on a big 0–10 slider
• Pick the headache type — Tension, Migraine, Cluster, Sinus, or Other
• Tag the likely trigger — Sleep, Stress, Screen, Weather, Food, or Other
• Mark whether you took medication, and name it
• Add an optional free-text note and tap "Save Entry"
YOUR HEADACHE HISTORY
Saved entries appear below the form with the newest first, and History groups every day with a chip filter — tap Migraine to see only migraines, or a trigger to see what keeps coming back. The home screen shows your last seven days at a glance, so patterns are visible before your next appointment.
YOUR HISTORY STAYS YOURS
There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. The app works completely offline and keeps every entry on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is held hostage behind a subscription — it is your diary, full stop. The app shows ads, whose providers may use an advertising ID, approximate location, and app activity; your headache entries themselves are never uploaded.
WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO
This app is a manual notebook, not a medical device. It does not diagnose headache types, does not predict attacks, does not connect to wearables, and does not give medical advice. For any question about your headaches — frequency, medication, warning signs — talk to your doctor or neurologist.
WHO FINDS IT USEFUL
• People asked by their doctor to keep a headache diary before an appointment
• Anyone with recurring migraines who wants to see triggers and frequency in one place
• People tired of migraine platforms that demand accounts, subscriptions, and location access
• Caregivers keeping a simple record for a family member, on the family member's own device
Start with your next headache. A dated history of real attacks — how strong, what kind, what might have set them off, and what you took — is exactly what your doctor asks for, and it takes ten seconds per entry to keep.
