Ironly is a focused workout planner built for lifters who want their training log available anywhere, even without a connection. Build reusable routines, add custom exercises, define sets, reps, weight, and timed work, then start a workout session and log every completed set as you train. The app keeps routine building, exercise notes, rest timing, workout history, and progress review on your device with offline persistence. Archive old routines, filter your exercise library by muscle group, recover an unfinished session, and review recent personal bests plus weekly volume after each completed workout. Ironly also includes practical data controls for everyday training: choose lb or kg, set a default rest timer, export your complete JSON backup, import saved data, and reset the local log when needed. No accounts are required for the core workout flow, and every primary action is designed to work from your phone at the gym.
