Dodge the taggers, touch the pole, and free every caught friend. 2-min rounds.
The moment you touch the pole, every tied-up friend breaks free. "Dabanggu!"
Dabanggu is the tag-and-rescue game played in Korean alleys until sunset, rebuilt for one hand on a portrait screen.
Six to eight runners - you and your friends - against two or three taggers. Dash in for the rescue or hold out a little longer: the call is always yours.
[How to play]
* Get tagged and you are tied to the rope at the pole.
* When any free runner touches the pole or a tied friend, everyone on the rope goes free.
* A round lasts about 2 minutes. When the bell rings, the more friends still free, the more stars you get (1 to 3).
* If everyone is caught, the round is lost.
* Getting caught yourself is not the end. As long as one friend is free, the round goes on.
[Features]
* Taggers that trade roles as the round unfolds: one guards the pole while another hunts you down and pounces, and a tagger who means it gets faster for a while.
* Friends with their own tempers: the timid ones, the rascals who tease the guard, and the loyal ones who go in first.
* 3 yards (the Empty Lot, Sunset Alley, the Schoolyard) and 12 stages, with up to 3 taggers and 8 kids as you climb. Finish a stage, then spend your stars to open the next one.
* Choose 1 of 3 control styles: floating joystick / swipe to steer / tap to go
* Hand-drawn picture-book art with a school-notebook feel
* Korean, English, and Japanese
* No sign-up and no login. Playable offline (internet is used only for ads).
[Free to play, with ads]
* Free, with no cap on how many rounds you can play and no in-app purchases.
* A full-screen ad may appear between rounds, and an ad may also appear when you open the app. Ads never appear during a round.
* A banner ad sits at the bottom of the stage select screen. There is none on the game screen.
* An ad may appear in the confirmation dialog when you close the app.
* If everyone is caught and the round is lost, you can watch an ad to continue that round (once per round). Every tied-up friend goes free.
[Please note]
* Stars and settings are stored on your device only. If you delete the app, progress cannot be recovered.

In Japanese and English, the rock-paper-scissors call, the countdown, the "Help!" shout and the "Got everyone!" cheer are now voiced in your language. The "Dabanggu!" cry stays as the name of the game.
