Iron Ladder

Iron Ladder is a fantasy RPG you play from menus. There is no joystick and no reflex combat: you build a hero, forge their gear yourself, and send them up a ladder of 30 dungeons. Every piece of gear is made by you Mine ore and fell trees in short timing minigames. Smelt ingots, saw hafts, and hammer each piece into shape at the anvil. Nothing drops from monsters and nothing is sold in a shop. If your hero is wearing it, you made it. Climb 30 hand-made dungeons Each dungeon is a fixed set of floors with a boss at the top. Fights play out automatically from your hero's stats, so preparation decides them. Enemies never scale to your level: come back stronger and watch an old boss fall in a few blows. Grow one hero your way - 8 weapon families, from quick daggers to slow two-handed hammers - 13 equipment slots and more than 400 pieces to forge - 9 metals and 3 woods that change how strong each piece is - Upgrade gear rank by rank by using it in battle After the story: Finishing the campaign opens quests and hunts, runes to bind into your gear, a passive skill tree, and a Survival mode where you start from nothing and see how long you last. Good to know - Plays offline. No account needed. - Dungeon runs use energy, which refills over time. - No in-app purchases. Ads are optional videos you choose to watch for a bonus.
