Destination Pass Organizer

Destination Pass Organizer is the check-in app for event staff. Sign in with the staff account your organizer invited you to, pick your event, and start letting guests in. Scan at the door Point the camera at a guest's QR ticket and they're checked in on the spot. Each scan shows the guest's name, ticket and check-in status, and warns you when a guest is already checked in or holds a ticket for a different event. On supported phones you can also tap NFC wristbands and badges. Find anyone by name Guest forgot their ticket? Search the attendee list by name and check them in with one tap. Ticket holders and RSVPs are both included. Every event and session Switch between the events and sessions you're assigned to. Check-ins are recorded against the right session, so session attendance stays accurate. Self-serve kiosk Set up a tablet at the entrance and let guests check themselves in. Kiosk mode keeps the screen on check-in, and leaving it takes the staff password. Built for staff Organizer accounts are invited by an event's owners and admins from the Destination Pass dashboard. You only see the events you're assigned to, and every check-in syncs instantly with the organizer's dashboard. Destination Pass Organizer requires a staff account from an organization using Destination Pass.
