Notitask: To-Do & Reminders

Notitask is a voice to-do list and reminder app. Say a task in any of 21 languages, and Notitask sets the date, time and repeat for you, then reminds you with a notification, an alarm or a spoken reminder. Tasks, notes, a calendar planner and backup, in one calm app. ★ SAY IT ONCE • Tap the mic and speak naturally: ""Call Anna tomorrow at 5 pm, repeat every Friday"". • Title, date, time and repeat are filled in for you. Check it and save. • Works in 21 languages, right on your phone. ★ REMINDERS THAT REALLY RING • Three reminder styles: a quiet notification, an alarm, or a voice that reads the task aloud. • Important alarms ring again, up to three times, until you react. • Snooze from 5 minutes to a day, or mark it done right from the alarm. • Reminders come back after a restart, and a built-in check-up finds phone settings that would silence them. • Repeats your way: from every 15 minutes to every few years, on chosen weekdays, with an end date. ★ BUILT-IN AI • AI Enhance turns a rushed note into a clear title and a short description. Free: 25 requests a month. • Smart Reschedule (Pro) rebalances your day in one tap. Fixed meetings stay, and nothing changes until you tap Apply. • Nothing to set up and no API key. AI stays off until you allow it. ★ TASKS AND NOTES WITH EVERYTHING ATTACHED • Subtasks, tags, colors, priorities and effort levels. • Notes with long descriptions, photos, files, audio, video and saved places. • One search across tasks, notes and completed items. ★ PLANNER AND GOOGLE CALENDAR • Agenda and calendar views that show your load at a glance. • Two-way Google Calendar sync: tasks appear as events, and changes come back. • Evening digest: tomorrow's tasks in one notification, at a time you choose. ★ PRIVATE BY DESIGN, NO ACCOUNT • Works offline. Your tasks stay on your phone. • Optional backup to your own Google Drive, automatic or manual. • App lock with fingerprint or PIN, with titles hidden in notifications. ★ AND MORE • Home-screen and lock-screen widgets. • Share text, links or photos from any app into Notitask. • Dark theme and 21 app languages.
